General Behavior

• Respect all members of the Guild.
• Respect all members of the Horde.
• Treat others as you would expect to be treated.
• Disputes happen. Try to resolve them before they get out of hand.
• Respond to others' requests for assistance regardless of Guild membership or not. If you are unable to offer assistance, be sure to provide a brief reply.
• Griefing is unacceptable. Repeat offenders are subject to lose ranks and may be barred from Guild Activities and Events.
• Try to remain in-character when speaking in public areas or chat channels. Earthen Ring is, after all, a Role Playing Realm.

Duels / Dungeons

• Under no circumstances should you ever retreat from a duel. Fight Honorably, lose Honorably.
• You are not obliged to be civil toward our enemies.
• Unless instructed to do so, never retreat from a Dungeon or Raid.
• If you need to leave during a Dungeon or Raid, alert the Leader first. Then, give a brief explanation for your early departure and apologize before leaving.

Internal Affairs

• Heirs of Azeroth is open to all levels and skills. Embrace all new members and existing members alike.
• All members above initiate are entitled to vote on any Guild Decision. Eligible members are encouraged to submit their votes.
• All members are expected to participate in Guild Events.
• Members are encouraged to use the Guild Forum.
• All members must show a decent online presence. Members who expect to be offline for more than two weeks should contact an officer prior to absence.
• Members who are offline in excess of fourteen (14) consecutive days without having been in touch with an officer will be removed from the Guild.
• Members who leave the guild without notice will not be given another invitation.

Miscellaneous

• Cheating, Hacking, Exploiting and other related activities are strictly forbidden. Members caught engaged in such activities will be immediately removed from the Guild and will be reported to the Blizzard Customer Support Team.
• This charter may receive revisions from time to time. All revisions will be reviewed by the Administrative Team before being submitted. Whenever revisions are made, Guild Members will be notified both in-game and on the Forums.
